Valentine’s Day Love Bomb 💚🩷❤️
We’re so grateful for the 16 Wellard Village People who contributed to a lovely surprise on Wednesday 14th February in our town centre. The town team secretly prepped 20 hand made posters for each and every shop in Wellard Square, expressing our love and gratitude for the goods and services they provide us with.
Our early risers met down The Strand at 6am on Valentines Day to install the posters and decorate the footpaths with chalk hearts before most of the Village was up and about.
Later in the day, members of the team handed out over 300 hand finished love notes and chocolate hearts to shoppers in Wellard Square, spreading the love for our Village and making people smile.
