Heartbeat Joondalup is a community-driven Town Team focused on creating a more vibrant, connected and welcoming Joondalup through local events, placemaking projects and grassroots initiatives. Made up of residents, businesses and local stakeholders, the group works collaboratively with the community and local government to foster positive change, strengthen community spirit and bring people together through creative and inclusive experiences.
