A connector at heart, I bring people, organisations and innovation together to make change happen. Blending active citizenship, movement and place strategy, systems change, arts and culture I establish and grow partnerships with communities, governmentand industry to unlock potential and turn ideas into action. This involves the design and delivery of impactful and collaborative programs, such as Streets Alive and the Day of Doing.

My role also encompasses overseeing brand, communications, and social impact measurement for the organisation helping to connect local doers, system shapers and town teams to share knowledge, build confidence and do more locally.

Previous to Town Team Movement, I spent a decade leading social impact projects at RAC WA across sustainble travel, youth engagement and road safety. I am also the co-founder of my own Town Team, Kardy Connect and was a founding committee member of the collective giving initiative, Arts Impact WA.
