Hi, I’m Kate, and I love Armadale! I’m bringing together an Armadale town team because I believe the people who live here are best placed to shape what our town becomes. Through Commonsight, my social enterprise, I do regenerative business design. Just as regenerative farming builds healthier soil each season, we help businesses and communities grow stronger instead of wearing out. I work with local businesses, community groups and larger organisations, helping them adapt to change and building capacity in local economies. Imagine a local business selling beyond the region, an empty shopfront becoming a pop-up for local makers, or local waste becoming local jobs. That’s the kind of work I do, and I’d love to see more of it in Armadale.

I’m also a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business. I live in Mount Richon and work out of Byford.
