Development and update of a community-led Action Plan for The Pickle District, supporting the ongoing activation and improvement of a vibrant creative precinct and enabling delivery of priority actions through partner and funding opportunities.
Town Team Movement worked with The Pickle District and the City of Vincent to develop and later refresh a community-led Action Plan for the precinct. The project brought together local businesses, creatives, residents and stakeholders to define shared priorities and guide the ongoing evolution of the area as a vibrant arts and culture destination.
- Undertook stakeholder interviews and targeted conversations with local businesses, creatives, landowners and City representatives
- Facilitated collaborative co-design workshop(s) with the Pickle District Town Team to identify priorities, opportunities and challenges
- Synthesised engagement findings and existing precinct knowledge into a structured, action-oriented precinct plan
- Developed a clear implementation framework with short, medium and long-term actions, responsibilities and timeframes
- Provided iterative refinement and updated the Action Plan to reflect evolving priorities, funding opportunities and delivery pathways
- Supported the Town Team and partners to translate actions into fundable, deliverable projects and advocacy tools
