Town Team Movement was engaged by the Shire of Plantagenet and the Rocky Gully Progress Association to develop a community-led Place Plan for Rocky Gully Town Centre. Through extensive community engagement including walkshops, surveys, focus groups, Dotmocracy activities and workshops, the project captured local values, priorities and aspirations for the town’s future. The Place Plan provides a ten-year, action-focused roadmap for the town centre, outlining place themes, concept plans and implementation actions to guide community-led and Shire-supported improvements over time.The resulting Place Plan provides a shared vision and practical ten-year roadmap for Rocky Gully, identifying community priorities, opportunities for public space improvements and actions that can be led by local residents, community groups and the Shire working together.
