Delivery of a community-led activation program implementing the Bentley Place Plan through events, communications and on-ground activations across the precinct.
Town Team Movement was engaged by DevelopmentWA to work with local stakeholders, community leaders and groups to support the implementation of the Bentley Place Plan. The program (Bentley Together) translates community priorities identified through the Place Plan process into a coordinated program of activations, events and communications designed to build momentum, test ideas in place, and support ongoing community participation across the precinct.
- Developed a structured activation and communications program translating Place Plan priorities into delivery
- Established clear participation pathways including volunteering, events, storytelling and co-creation opportunities
