Development of a community-led Place Plan for the Bentley Redevelopment Area, supporting the creation of a vibrant, connected and inclusive neighbourhood.
Town Team Movement was engaged by DevelopmentWA to work alongside residents, businesses, community groups, educational institutions, government agencies and Team 6102 to develop the Bentley Place Plan. Through research, engagement, walkshops, stakeholder conversations and co-design workshops, the project identified community priorities, place themes and practical actions to guide the future of Bentley. The resulting Place Plan provides a shared vision and implementation framework that balances both the physical improvements of the area and the social, cultural and community elements that make great places thrive.
