Purpose & how to use: A one-page project pitch template. Members fill it in to present a new project idea to the team in a consistent way.
Who it's for: Town Team members proposing new projects or actions.
Key points: The one-pager captures the proposer's name, group name and a catchy project name, then asks who's involved, what will happen, when, how, what it will cost and which costs are the major ones, with a final space for any comments.
